中国、美国和欧洲乳化沥青评价指标及试验方法比较研究

Comparative Study on Emulsified Asphalt Indexes and Test Methods of China,USA and Europe

通过对比中国、美国与欧洲的乳化沥青相关技术标准,从分类标准、技术要求、试验方法等角度,分析不同地区乳化沥青标准之间的异同与优缺点,并对差异较大的蒸发残留物获取方法进行了试验对比,对比试验结果表明:蒸发法获取残留物的性能指标与蒸馏法残留物的性能指标相差较大,建议在检测乳化沥青残留物性能时采用蒸馏法。通过对中国、美国和欧洲关于乳化沥青评价指标与试验方法的分析,为我国工程技术人员提供各国标准制定的思路,为我国完善乳化沥青标准提供参考。

This paper analysis the similarities and differences, advantages and disadvantages of emulsified asphalt standard among different areas through the comparison of emulsified asphalt technology requirements and test methods of China and America and Europe, from the classification standards and technical requirements, test methods. In addition, the method of obtaining evaporation residue with large difference is compared. The comparative experiments show that the performance indexes of residue obtained by evaporation method is quite different from that of distillation residue, and it is recommended to use distillation in the detection of emulsified asphalt residue performance. Through the analysis of emulsified asphalt evaluation index and test method from China, United States and Europe, it tries to provide engineering and technical personnel in our country the thinking of national standards, to provide reference for the improvement of emulsified asphalt standard in China.
