摘要
探讨了掺加JY-FJR60废胶粉胶乳的改性乳化沥青对于微表处混合料性能的影响。通过在乳化沥青中分别掺入7%、9%、10%、12%的JY-FJR60胶乳进行试验,研究JY-FJR60对微表处混合料的可拌和时间、黏聚力、湿轮磨耗、抗车辙性能、低温抗裂性及降噪性的影响。结果表明:在乳化沥青中加入7%~9%JY-FJR60胶乳时,微表处混合料具有良好的性能,湿轮磨耗、抗车辙性能最优,并且具有良好的降噪性及低温抗裂性。
We discuss the effect of modified emulsified asphalt, added JY-FJR60 waster rubber powder latex, on micro-surface mixture performance. In order to research the effect of JY-FJR60 on the mixing time, cohesion force, wet wheel abrasion, anti-rutting, low-temperature anti-cracking and noise reduction of micro-surface mixture, we respectively add 7%, 9%, 10%, 12% JY-FJR60 latex into the emulsified asphalt to test. The results show: by adding 7%-9% JY-FJR60 latex, wet wheel abrasion and anti-rutting are best of all the results, meanwhile low-temperature anti-cracking and noise reduction are good.
