候潮进港条件下锚位数确定方法探讨

摘要 当航道候潮因素对船舶进港存在明显限制时,到港船舶对锚地容量的需求会有不同,候潮进港条件下锚位数应当同时满足待泊锚位需要和候潮锚位需要。以连云港港30万吨级锚地为例,探讨了候潮进港条件下锚位数确定方法,从计算简便和结果偏安全考虑,可认为到港船舶规律和到港(在港)保证率相同,则候潮进港条件下锚位数可取待泊锚位数与候潮锚位数之和。该方法可供同类工程借鉴。 The need for anchorage capacity of the ship will be different when the influence of tidal factors on ship navigation is obvious. So the number of anchor in the condition of tiding approach channel should meet the needs of lying anchor and awaiting-tide anchor at the same time.We discussed the calculation method of anchor numbers in the condition of tiding approach channel, taking 300 000-ton anchorage in Lianyungang Port as an example. From the calculation simplicity and security concerns, we puts forward that the number of anchor in the condition of tiding approach channel equals the sum of the number of lying anchors and awaiting-tide anchors based on the same vessel arrival regulation and the same vessel arrival guarantee rate. This method can be used for reference in other similar projects.
