摘要
依托某大桥24个水中承台的施工,结合工程现场地质水文条件和无大型水上起重设备的施工条件,提出了适用于浅水、岩基承台施工的外封堵式预应力组合钢套箱施工技术。该技术充分利用现场地质条件,创造性地实施了套箱外部封堵技术,减少了基坑的开挖量,适用于埋深不大的岩基承台施工。
Based on the construction of 24 offshore cushion caps in a bridge, combined with the geological and hydrographic conditions of the project and the construction conditions of no heavy lifting equipment on water, we proposed an external plugging prestress steel cofferdam construction technology for shallow water and rock base platform. This technology takes full advantage of the site geological conditions, creatively implemented the external plugging of steel cofferdam, decreased the excavation quantity of the foundation pit, and it is suitable for the construction of cushion cap in a shallow burial rock ground condition.
