铜-钴-镍三元氧化物纳米材料制备及性能测试

Preparation of Spinel Copper-Cobalt-Nickel Multiple Metal Oxide Nanowires as Supercapacitor Electrode

摘要 文章成功地通过水热反应,制成铜-钴-镍三元氧化物多孔纳米线在泡沫镍上,具有形貌均一、规则,可用于超级电容器。将所制备的铜-钴-镍三元氧化物纳米线作为超级电容器的电极材料,在电流密度为1 Ag-1时,电容值高达1820 Fg-1,循环充放电2 000次后,保持了初始电容值的85%,循环稳定性较好。 The combination of thermal reaction and calcination produced copper-cobalt-nickel multiple metal oxide nanowires on the nickel foam sheet. The prepared copper-cobalt-nickel multiple metal oxide nanowires could be used as super capacitor electrode materials. Electrochemical test showed that the capacitance of the nanomaterial reached up to 1820 Fg-1 when its current density was 1 Ag-1. After 2000 cycles of charging and discharging,85% of the initial capacitance value was maintained and the cycle stability was good.
