皮革撕裂力测定的不确定度评定

Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty in Determination of Tear Load of Leather

依据QB/T 2711-2005《皮革物理和机械试验撕裂力的测定:双边撕裂》分析了该方法中撕裂力测定不确定度的来源,并对结果的不确定度进行了评定。结果表明:重复性测量和数值修约引入的标准不确定度较大。在日常检测中,应多次重复测定,对重复性测量引入的不确定度进行监控,以达到降低结果不确定度的目的。

According to Q B/T 2711-2005 named ＂Leather-Physical and mechanical tests-Determination of tear load-Double edge tear＂,the measurement uncertainty source in determination of tear load in this method is analyzed and the uncertainty of the results is evaluated. The results show that the standard uncertainty of repeatability measurement and numerical modification is large. In daily detection,repeated detection should be carried out many times to monitor the uncertainty,which has achieved the goal of reducing the uncertainty of results.
