摘要 文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园,随着研究生培养规模的扩大,新形势下的人才需求在质和量上正发生着深刻变化,因为研究生教育的质量高低关系到一个国家知识创新能力的强弱,关系到社会的总体发展。以非人文社科专业研究生的人文教育为切入点,探索传统文化教育在创新研究生的培养模式方面如何突破功利教育、技能教育的局限,充分发挥通识教育、人格教育的引领作用,从而提升研究生培养的总体水平。 Culture is the blood vessel of a nation and the spirit homeland of people. The scale of post - graduate education is enlarged and the need of talents in quantity and quality is deeply changing. The quality of post - graduate is concerned with the innovation of a nation and the total development of a society. For the humanism education to the majors in the non - social sciences, the paper discusses the role of traditional culture education, whose modes should avoid the utilitarianism and the skill - oriented tendency. The eduaction of common knowledge and personality should play the role of direction and so the total level of post - graduate education would be improved.
