摘要
四川省学前特殊教育尚处于初始阶段,存在制度建设不完善、实际执行力不足,教育资源缺口大、发展不均衡,师资队伍良莠不齐、专业化水平不高,亲职教育需求高、关注与重视不足,特教研究相比滞后,指导实践乏力等突出问题。因此,四川省学前特殊教育发展应制定专门的行政条例,完善其制度环境,支持民办学前特教发展,丰富办学形式,加快学前特教专业人才培养,提升师资专业化水平,优化特殊儿童家庭社会支持,积极开展特殊儿童家长教育,不断推进研究活动开展,扩大研究成果的社会影响。
The preschool education for special children in Sichan province is now in the initial stage. There exist some problems, such as, imperfect system construction and laking of actual execution, limiting access to resources in education and imbalances among current development, teaching staff with varying quality and low level of specialization, high demand for parental education and with a little attention to. Therefore, it is nessacary to formulate special administrative regulations, support the development of private education, accelerate cultivation of professionals and raise the level of specialization, actively carrying out parental education for special children, continue to promote research activities and produce research results.
