摘要
随着我国教育体制改革的推进,民办学前特殊教育成为教育不可或缺的一部分。但民办学前特殊教育目前存在着外部的支持与管理失范,内部管理不规范、师资不足等问题,严重制约了民办特殊教育的发展。因此,相关职能部门应加强对民办学前特殊教育的管理与支持,规范民办学前特殊教育的办学,引导民办学前特殊教育健康有序的发展。同时,民办学前特殊教育机构内部转变办学模式,扩大生存空间,优化内部的资源配置。
With the reform of China's education system, private pre - school special education has been developed to a certain degree , but the development situation is still not optimistic. Its external and internal management is not standardized and lacks in teachers. Therefore, the relevant functional departments should gradually realize the optimal management and support of private pre - school special education, and guide and promote the healthy and orderly development of private education in private schools. At the same time, private pre - school special education institutions should change thier running schools mode, expand living space, and optimize the internal allocation of resources.
