摘要
冥想可以改善多种与人生活方式有关的健康问题,包括抑郁症患者的抑郁症状,以及减轻慢性疼痛患者的疼痛感等。将脑机接口技术(BCI)与虚拟现实技术(VR)相结合,设计并实现了基于脑机接口的虚拟现实冥想系统。系统提供沉浸式虚拟环境和引导冥想轨迹,同时使用脑机接口设备进行脑电图(EEG)数据采集,经蓝牙传输到PC端进行分析与处理,监测参与者的心理变化,并实时提供视觉、听觉等系统反馈。研究结果初步证明系统可以帮助用户更好地进行冥想训练。
Meditation practices can improve various health problems such as relief of depression for depressive patients and pain for patients with chronic diseases.This article combines brain-machine interface(BCI)technology with virtual reality technology to design and implement a meditation system based on brain-computer interface of virtual reality.The system provides immersive virtual environment and the trajectory of guided meditations;meanwhile it collects electroencephalogram(EEG)data by the brain machine interface device.The EEG data which are the records of participants' psychological changes and ovisual and auditory feedback is transmitted via bluetooth to the PC for analysis and processing.The results show that the system can promote the practice of meditation training.
