盐田区推进生态绿色交通规划建设实践与思考

The Practice and Thinking of Promoting Green Transport Planning and Construction in Yantian District

绿色交通是落实创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念,转变城市发展方式的重要抓手,也是未来城市交通发展的必然趋势。本文回顾了深圳市盐田区发展绿色交通的必然性与相关规划建设工作实践,梳理盐田本地化、个性化的绿色交通内涵,从规划行政管理者角度总结在类似城市片区推进绿色交通系统建设的思路与关键点,可供其他地区参考借鉴。

Green transport is the theory, that consists of five major development concepts, including innovation,coordination, green, open and sharing. It is the core approach to transform urban development mode, which also indicates the inevitable trend of urban traffic development in the future. This paper reviews the inevitability in developing green transport in Yantian District of Shenzhen city, and the practical work of planning and construction. It is also to illustrate the localised and specialised green transport inherence. From the prospective of public administrators, this paper summarises the advanced ideas and key points of establishment of green transport systems in the similar urban areas of small scale, ecological environment and high life quality, which provides reference for other districts.
