Through effective handling and storage of data information, the effectiveness of archival information management has been achieved, so that the value of archives has been better reflected, and the overall development of archival undertaking has been promoted.Taking the information age as the main background,this paper analyzes the necessity of archives management informatization, and from the current situation of archives management, puts forward the idea of improving archives management value, aiming at improving the quality of archives management.
