Reform and Practice of Applied Talent Training Mode on Vehicle Engineering Specialty:A Case Study of Automotive Engineering Majors

培养应用型人才对创新型国家建设的国家中长期发展战略具有重要意义。本文以我校车辆工程专业人才培养模式改革为例,结合工程类专业人才培养的特点,注重职业技能及创新能力的培养,以适应行业和地方经济发展的人才需求为目标,探讨了专业课程体系的优化改革与实践,实现应用型人才的培养。

The cultivation of applied talents is of great importance to the national medium and long-term development program of building an innovative country. This paper takes the reform of training model of automotive engineering professionals in our school as an example and pays attention to the cultivation of vocational skills and innovative ability by anlyzing the engineering professionals＇ characteristics,with the aim of meeting the personnel needs for industry and local economic development,it discusses the optimization and reform of the curriculum system and its practice,which helps to realize the cultivation of applied talents.
