加强学科交叉型非共识基础研究项目支持对策

Countermeasures on the interdisciplinary controversial project within basic scientific research

中国基础科学研究发展十分迅速,但对"非共识"项目的关注不足,与国外发达国家的投入和发展存在较大差距。为此,分析了目前非共识基础研究项目存在的问题,并且从设立交叉学科资助专项、设计交叉学科专项遴选机制和设计跟踪监督机制等三方面给出了对策建议,旨在为基础研究项目管理部门提供参考。

The development of basic scientific research is booming in China,but insufficient attention is paid to the promotion of controversial projects,which lags behind developed countries in terms of input and development process. Therefore,the paper focuses on the analysis on the contradiction of controversial projects within basic scientific research area,and proposes three countermeasures of establishing interdisciplinary funding initiatives,devising the interdisciplinary selection mechanism,and designing the tracking supervision mechanism, which will provide reference for the relevant government administrative authorities.
