经阴道超声检测人流术后组织残留物的价值分析

The value of transvaginal ultrasonography in detecting remnants of postoperative tissue

目的评价经阴道超声在人流术后组织残留物检测中的应用价值。方法纳入我院收治的人流术后宫内有残留组织物的47例患者作为研究对象,在行清宫术前分别采用经腹部超声和经阴道超声实施诊断,观察声像图表现,并将两种方法的诊断结果与病理诊断结果进行对比。结果超声检查可见患者子宫大小正常或稍有增大,经阴道超声可见子宫内膜粗糙不平,组织物微量残留患者可见局部局限性高回声团,有宫腔积液的患者残留物与对侧子宫壁之间可见环状或条带状液性暗区回声,经腹超声可见子宫内膜模糊,回声不均,边界不清晰。经阴道超声诊断与病理诊断的符合率为97.87%,明显高于经腹部超声的85.11%(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声检测人流术后组织残留物获得的声像图资料,能够显示更多有利于临床诊断的信息,诊断准确率更高。

Objective To evaluate the value of transvaginal ultrasonography in the detection of tissue residue after abortion. Methods 47 case of patients with intrauterine residual tissue were enrolled in this study.47 patients were diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasonography before and after the operation. And the diagnostic results of the two diagnostic methods were compared with the pathological diagnosis results. Results Ultrasonography showed that the size of the uterus was normal or slightly increased. The vaginal ultrasonography showed that the endometrial tissue was rough and the residual tissue of the tissue could be seen.Localized high echo,patients with uterine effusion,Uterine wall visible between the ring or strip liquid dark area,no echo,abdominal ultrasound visible endometrial blurred,the border is not clear.The coincidence rate of abdominal ultrasound diagnosis and pathological diagnosis was 97.87%,which was significantly higher than that of abdominal ultrasound 85.11%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ultrasonographic ultrasonography can detect the ultrasonographic data obtained from the postoperative tissue residue,which can show more information which is helpful for clinical diagnosis. The diagnostic accuracy is higher.
