关于改进饮用天然矿泉水和包装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌检验方法的研究

About improving pseudomonas aeruginosa in drinking natural mineral water and packing drinking water test method research

目的改进现行饮用天然矿泉水和包装饮用水中对铜绿假单胞菌的检验方法,提高其检出能力。方法模拟单纯由铜绿假单胞菌污染的水样和绿假单胞菌伴有杂菌污染的水样,分别用国标方法和改良后的方法进行检验,比对两种方法对铜绿假单胞菌的检出能力和定量检测能力。结果现行的国标方法检测结果与实验设计出现偏差,改良后方法的检测结果与实验设计基本吻合。结论改良后的方法比国标方法排除杂菌干扰的能力更强,不仅检出率显著提高,并且定量更精准。

Objective To improve the current drinking natural mineral water and packaging in drinking water testing method of pseudomonas aeruginosa,improve the detection ability.Methods Simulation with pseudomonas aeruginosa and miscellaneous bacteria pollution of water,with national standard test method and modified method,comparing the two kinds of methods for detection of pseudomonas aeruginosa and quantitative detection ability.Results The existing national standard method of testing results and the experimental design have deviation,The improved method of detecting coincides with the experimental design.Conclusion Improved method is more than the national standard method to rule out bacterial interference ability is strong,not only improved detection,more accurate and quantitative.
