直肠癌诊断的研究进展综述

直肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,严重威胁人类健康。现代医学诊疗技术日新月异,在直肠癌的治疗上已取得了较大的进展,无论是新的化疗方案还是外科治疗术式都得到提升,使得直肠癌患者的生存期延长,生活质量得到改善。然而直肠癌的治疗效果在很大程度上依赖于早期诊断,本文对直肠癌的现有及前沿诊断方式做一综述。

Carcinoma of the rectum is a common gastrointestinal malignancy,it takes serious threat to human health.With the development of technology of modern diagnosis in medicine,people have made great progress in the treatment of rectal cancer. We have already obtained the huge advances both in chemotherapy and surgical operation,this fact has lengthen the survival period and improved the quality of life of the patients with rectal cancer. However,the therapeutic effect of rectal cancer largely depends on early diagnosis. We makes this article aiming at the present and frontier diagnosis of rectal carcinoma.
