Cx43与心律失常研究概况 被引量:1

摘要 Cx43是心室肌细胞缝隙连接的主要构成蛋白,其数量、分布、磷酸化水平等的异常将导致心室肌细胞的整体性异常,使传导速度和方向发生异常改变,从而引起心律失常。本文从Cx43与房颤、室性心律失常、预激综合征的关系三个方面,对Cx43与心律失常研究概况进行归纳总结,为心律失常的基础研究和临床治疗提供新的方向。
