摘要 针对绝缘管型母线导体(以下简称"绝缘管母")的理论体系研究严重滞后于绝缘管母的实际投运现状,成为制约绝缘管母健康发展的主要问题,在传统技术指标的基础上,提出一套系统-元件层导体技术经济评估的双层指标体系,通过发挥该指标体系的评估和决策作用,全面反映出绝缘管母的技术经济水平。结合系统动力学理论思想对绝缘管母技术经济效益进行评估,在评估过程中建立一套基于双层指标体系的绝缘管母技术经济评估系统。该系统综合考虑了绝缘管母的内在激励、外在激励以及不同导体之间的互动耦合关系,能够全面反映导体的运行性能,对指导绝缘管母的推广及使用具有积极参考意义。算例分析表明,绝缘管母技术优越性在大规模使用情况下能转化为系统运行的规模效益。 Theoretical system research on the insulated tube type bus conductor (thereafter as bus conductor) seriously lags behind actual operation situation of the bus conductor, which becomes the major problem restricting health development of the bus conductor. On the basis of traditional technical indicators, this paper presents a set of double-layer indicator system for technical and economic evaluation of the conductor. By means of evaluation and decision-making, this double-layer indi- cator system can fully reflect technical and economic level of the bus conductor. It also combines system dynamics theory to evaluate technical and economic benefit of the bus conductor and builds a set of technical and economic assessment system based on the double-layer indicator system in the process of evaluation. This technical and economic assessment system com- prehensively considers intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation and interactive coupling relationship between different conductors, which means it can fully reflect operating performance of the conductor and provide active reference for guiding promotion and utilization of the bus conductor. Example analysis indicates technical superiority of the bus conductor can be changed into scale efficiency of the system under the condition of large-scale utilization.
