青饲料对育肥期皖西白鹅早期增重和脂肪沉积的影响 被引量:1

摘要 青饲料影响鹅脂肪沉积和饲料转化效率。文章选择70日龄皖西白鹅240只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复。组1饲喂精料,2至4组为精料分别添加干物质含量15%、30%和45%青饲料,育肥30 d。皖西白鹅80日龄体重30%青料添加组显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),90和100日龄体重不受青饲料添加比例影响。对照组母鹅腿肌重和腿肌率显著高于30%~45%青饲料添加组。血清VLDL、HDL、FFA和CM含量随育肥时间而下降(P<0.05),但不受青饲料添加比例影响。皖西白鹅育肥早期体重受青饲料影响,15%~30%青饲料有助于提高育肥效果;血脂不能作为皖西白鹅肌内脂肪含量选择的间接指标。研究结果为鹅育肥期青饲料添加比例和添加时间确定提供理论依据。 Green forage addition affect fat deposition and feed conversion ratio in geese. In this experiment, a total of 240 healthy geese at 70 d of age were selected and randomly divided into four groups, with three replications per group for fattening for 30 days. Geese in group 1 were set as control group fed basal diet, geese in group 2 to 4 were fed basal diet plus 15%, 30% and 45% green forage (relative to dry matter), respectively. Geese fed diet with 30% green forage exhibited highest body weight at 80 d of age compared with other groups. Body weight was not affected by green forage addition after 90 d of age. Leg muscle weight and percentage were higher in control group compared with geese fed diet with 30% - 45% green forage addition. Serum lipids VLDL(Very low density lipoprotein), HDL(High density lipoprotein), FFA(Free fatty acid), and CM(Chylomicron) content decreased with the fattening duration, while was not affected by green forage inclusion. In conclusion, Green forage addition affected body weight of Wanxi white goose at 80 d of age. With 15%-30% green forage inclusion would be helpful in improving body weight of Wanxi white geese. Serum VLDL, HDL, FFA and CM content could not be used as index for IMF content selection in Wanxi white geese. The results would be helpful for a rational inclusion of green forage during fattening in Wanxi white geese.
