浅析院士增选与文化的关系

A brief Analysis on the Relationship between Academician and Culture

院士是世界学术的最高头衔,世界各国均建立院士制度用来奖励那些杰出的科学工作者。我国于1994年从学部委员制度成功过渡到院士制度。从院士制度确立至今,我国科学院院士提名与增选经过了数次的修订与完善。我国的院士提名与选举制度是科技界自主建立的奖励制度,是整个科技体制的组成部分,势必会受到科技体制乃至其他社会制度的影响。制度作为一种社会关系,还有其他方面的内容,院士提名与选举制度作为科技界的一种秩序,与蕴藏在社会习俗、道德规范等精神文化之中的制度内容互相影响。

Academician is the highest title academic title in the world. Academician system is established to reward the outstanding scientists. In 1994,all members of the Chinese academic of science were transformed to academician of Chinese Academic of Science. Regulations of the nomination and election of academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences have been revised several times since the academician system was established. The nomination and election system of China＇s academician is some kind of reward system that is established by scientific research community,and it is an integral part of the science and technology system,which is bound to be influenced by the science and technology system and also other social systems. Nomination and election system of Chinese academiciang and Chinese social customs and our culture system influence each other.
