摘要
某石化企业炼油装置原油输送泵振动严重超标,通过现场勘察、振动测点的选择和泵工作状态下振动测试仪对振动信号的频谱分析,找出引起泵振动超标的主要原因,制订检修方案和改造措施,实施后取得了良好的效果。
The vibration of a crude oil delivery pump of a petroleum refinery has exceeded the standard seriously.Through on-site investigation,selection of measurement points for vibration,and spectrum analysis of the vibration signal by a vibration tester under the working state of the pump,the main causes of pump vibration exceeding the standard were identified and repaired.The plan and reform measures have achieved good results after implementation.
