热拌用沥青再生剂的工业试生产

摘要 利用减压塔对催化油浆深拔处理,进行热拌用沥青再生剂工业试生产,得到符合石油化工行业标准(NB/SH/T 0819—2010)的热拌用沥青再生剂。通过控制催化裂化装置分馏塔灵敏板温度、减压塔塔顶温度、减压塔塔顶压力和减压塔塔底汽提蒸汽等参数,可有效控制热拌用沥青再生剂质量。 The deep-drawing treatment of slurries was carried out in the vacuum towers,for industrial trial production of the hot mix asphalt rejuvenator.The hot-mixed asphalt rejuvenator with product quality that met the petrochemical industry standards(NB/SH/T 0819—2010) was obtained.By controlling the temperature of the sensitive plate in the fractionating tower of fluidized bed catalytic cracking unit,the temperature of the vacuum tower,the temperature and pressure at the top of the vacuum tower,and the stripping steam at the bottom of the vacuum tower,the quality of the hot mix asphalt rejuvenator can be effectively controlled.
