对比低分子肝素钙、氯吡格雷对短暂性脑缺血发作患者的治疗价值

Comparison of therapeutic value of low molecular weight heparin calcium and clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with transient ischemic attack

目的:探讨低分子肝素钙、氯吡格雷治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床效果。方法:收治短暂性脑缺血发作患者60例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用氯吡格雷治疗,观察组采用低分子肝素钙治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组临床症状积分、症状消失时间和临床治疗效果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:短暂性脑缺血发作患者接受低分子肝素钙治疗的效果更佳。

Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium and clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with transient ischemic attack.Methods：60 patients with transient ischemic attack were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with clopidogrel,and the observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium.We compared the treatment effect in the two groups.Results：After treatment,the clinical symptom score,symptom disappearance time and clinical treatment effect in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of patients with transient ischemic attack was better.
