雌激素联合甲硝唑治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of estrogen combined with metronidazole in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis

目的:探讨甲硝唑联合雌激素治疗萎缩性阴道炎的效果。方法:收治萎缩性阴道炎患者100例,分为对照组和联合治疗组。对照组采用甲硝唑治疗,联合治疗组采用甲硝唑联合雌激素治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,联合治疗组改善率、病原学转阴时间、症状消失时间、积极应对评分和综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲硝唑联合雌激素治疗萎缩性阴道炎的应用效果确切,可改善症状,提升患者积极应对能力和生活质量。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of estrogen combined with metronidazole in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis.Methods：100 patients with atrophic vaginitis were selected.They were divided into the control group and the combined treatment group.The control group was treated with metronidazole,and the combined treatment group was treated with metronidazole combined with estrogen.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,in the combined treatment group,the rate of improvement,the time for negative-conversing of etiology,the time of disappearance of symptoms,the score of positive response and the comprehensive assessment questionnaire（GQOLI-74） were all significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of estrogen combined with metronidazole in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis was accurate.It can improve symptoms,improve patients＇ positive coping ability and quality of life.
