The value of improved Beger for pancreatic head stone

目的:探讨改良Beger术治疗胰头结石的价值。方法:回顾性分析2013年7月-2016年7月施行改良Beger术患者8例的临床资料,均保留了胃肠道的完整性及肝外胆道、胆囊和Oddi括约肌的功能,仅在壶腹周围和胆管后方保留有少量胰腺组织。结果:病理证实为慢性胰腺炎并胰管结石。术后1例发生胰瘘,经过非手术治疗治愈。围手术期无死亡。随访1~5年,均未发现复发征象。结论:对于胰头结石,改良Beger术是合理的选择。

Objective：To explore the value of improved Beger for pancreatic head stone.Methods：The clinical data of 8 patients treated by Beger from July 2013 to July 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The operation preserved the integrity of gastrointestinal tract,extrahepatic bile duct,gallbladder and the sphincter of Oddi.A small amount of pancreatic tissue was left intact around the papilla of Vater and behind the bile duct.Results：Histology confirmed eight patients had chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic head stone.Pancreatic leakage occurred in one case and was treated successfully with conservative method.No mortality occurred in the perioperative period.For 1~5 years follow-up,all the 8 patients were no sign of recurrence.Conclusion：Improved Beger is a proper option for pancreatic head stone.
