腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗良性卵巢囊肿的临床对比分析

Clinical comparison of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian cysts

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗良性卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法:收治良性卵巢囊肿患者46例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用开腹手术,观察组采用腹腔镜手术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组术中切口、手术时间、术后体温恢复时间、下床时间、通气时间、住院时间等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:良性卵巢囊肿患者应用腹腔镜手术的治疗效果显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian cysts.Methods：46 patients with benign ovarian cysts were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with open surgery,and the observation group was treated by laparoscopic surgery.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,intraoperative incision,operative time,postoperative body temperature recovery time,ambulation time,ventilation time and hospitalization time were all better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian cysts was significant.
