糖皮质激素治疗重症带状疱疹患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment of patients with severe herpes zoster

目的:分析糖皮质激素应用在重症带状疱疹患者治疗中的临床效果。方法:收治重症带状疱疹患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予糖皮质激素治疗,比较两组止疱时间、皮损痊愈时间、疼痛消失时间及治疗前后神经痛程度及遗留神经痛发生情况。结果:治疗组止疱时间、皮损痊愈时间、疼痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组遗留神经痛发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素应用在带状疱疹患者治疗中的临床效果显著,能有效缓解神经痛症状,阻止遗留神经痛发生。

Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment of patients with severe herpes zoster.Methods：60 cases of patients with severe herpes zoster were divided into two groups randomly,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with glucocorticoid on the basis of routine treatment.The blistering time,healing time of skin lesions,disappearance time of pain,and the degree of neuralgia before and after treatment,and the incidence of neuropathic pain were compared between groups.Results：The blistering time,healing time of skin lesions,disappearance time of pain in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The VAS score of the treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of neuralgia in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment of patients with herpes zoster was significant,which could relieve the symptoms of neuralgia effectively and reduce the incidence of neuropathic pain.
