第3肋间小切口行心脏多瓣膜病变手术与胸骨正中切口手术的临床疗效 被引量:1

The clinical effect of the third intercostal incision and midline sternotomy incision in the operation of multi-valvular heart disease

摘要 目的:比较胸骨正中切口手术与第3肋间小切口行心脏多瓣膜病变手术的临床效果。方法:收治心脏多瓣膜病变患者78例,随机平分为两组,对照组采用胸骨正中切口手术,观察组采用第3肋间小切口心脏多瓣膜病变手术,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组主动脉阻断时间、体外循环时间及手术时间长于对照组,ICU停留时间更短,胸总引流量更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于胸骨正中切口手术,第3肋间小切口心脏多瓣膜病变手术临床效果更优。 Objective:To compare the effect of the third intercostal incision and midline sternotomy incision in the operation of multi-valvular heart disease.Methods:78 cases of heart multiple valve disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The sternal median incision was used in the control group and the third intercostal small incision cardiac multivalvular surgery was performed in the observation group.We compared the clinical effects between the two groups.Results:The aortic occlusion time,cardiopulmonary bypass time and operation time were longer in the observation group than in the control group,ICU residence time was shorter,chest total drainage volume was less,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the sternotomy incision surgery,the third intercostal small incision cardiac multivalve lesion surgery has better clinical effect.
