ARB类降压药物在轻中度高血压患者中的应用效果评价

Application effect evaluation of ARB antihypertensive drugs in patients with mild to moderate hypertension

目的:探讨血管紧张素受体阻滞剂(ARB)类降压药物在轻中度高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:收治轻中度高血压患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组给予血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)治疗,观察组给予ARB类降压药物治疗,比较两组血压水平及治疗依从度。结果:两组治疗后血压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗依从度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ARB类降压药物在轻中度高血压患者中血压控制效果较为理想,提升了治疗依从度。

Objective：To investigate the application effect of ARB antihypertensive drugs in patients with mild to moderate hypertension.Methods：80 cases of patients with mild to moderate hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with angiotensin converting-enzyme inhibitor（ACEI）,and the observation group was given ARB antihypertensive drugs.the blood pressure level and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results：There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups after treatment（P〉0.05）.The treatment compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：ARB antihypertensive drugs were effective in controlling the blood pressure in patients with mild to moderate hypertension.
