盐酸氨溴索治疗老年慢阻肺合并肺部感染疗效与药物不良反应

Efficacy and adverse drug reactions of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly COPD patients with pulmonary infection

目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗老年慢阻肺合并肺部感染的疗效与不良反应。方法:收治老年慢阻肺伴发肺部感染患者60例,分为参照组和试验组。参照组采用常规治疗,试验组采用盐酸氨溴索治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组咳嗽恢复时间、肺部啰音消失时间、胸闷消失时间、临床总有效率和不良反应均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索治疗老年慢阻肺合并肺部感染疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective：To explore the efficacy and adverse drug reactions of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly COPD patients with pulmonary infection.Methods：60 elderly COPD patients with pulmonary infection were selected.They were divided into the reference group and the experimental group.The reference group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the experimental group,cough recovery time,pulmonary rale recovery time,chest distress disappeared time,clinical effective rate and adverse reaction were all better than those in the reference group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly COPD patients with pulmonary infection was significant,and the security was high.
