泮托拉唑、香砂养胃丸、左金丸联用治疗胃食管反流病的效果观察

Effect observation of pantoprazole combined with Xiangsha Yangwei pills and Zuojin pills on gastroesophageal reflux disease

目的:探讨泮托拉唑、香砂养胃丸、左金丸联用治疗胃食管反流病的效果。方法:收集胃食管反流病患者80例,随机分为两组。研究组给予泮托拉唑、香砂养胃丸、左金丸联用治疗,对照组给予泮托拉唑单药治疗,比较两组治疗疗效及中医症状评分。结果:研究组治疗疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后中医症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泮托拉唑、香砂养胃丸、左金丸联用治疗胃食管反流病的效果肯定。

Objective：To explore the effect of pantoprazole combined with Xiangsha Yangwei pills and Zuojin pills on gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods：80 cases of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were divided into two groups randomly.The research group was treated with pantoprazole combined with Xiangsha Yangwei pills and Zuojin pills,the control group was treated with only pantoprazole,the clinical effect and TCM symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results：The clinical effect of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The scores of TCM symptoms in the research group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of pantoprazole combined with Xiangsha Yangwei pills and Zuojin pills on gastroesophageal reflux disease was effective.
