烧伤止痛膏治疗烧伤创面的临床疗效评价

Clinical efficacy evaluation of burn analgesic ointment in the treatment of burn wounds

目的:探讨烧伤止痛膏治疗烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法:收治烧伤患者100例,随机分两组。观察组创面选用烧伤止痛膏纱布敷料包扎治疗,对照组选用凡士林油纱布包扎治疗,观察用药后的疗效和安全性指标,并对患者烧伤创面愈合时间进行评价。结果:观察组优良率(98.0%)明显高于对照组(70.0%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组浅Ⅱ度及深Ⅱ度的愈合时间均短于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用烧伤止痛膏治疗烧伤创面具有疗效确切、康复速度快的优点。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of burn analgesic ointment on burn wounds.Methods：A total of 100 cases of burn patients were randomly divided into the two groups.The wounds of the observation group were treated with burn and analgesic gauze dressing,and the control group was treated with vaseline gauze dressing.The curative effect and safety index after the treatment were observed and evaluated the healing time of burn wounds in patients.Results：The excellent rate（98.0%）in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（70.0%）.The difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The healing time of the superficial Ⅱ degree and deep Ⅱ degree in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Burn wound analgesics has the advantages of definite curative effect and quick recovery.
