电针治疗严重功能性便秘临床疗效和便秘与情志相关性研究

Study on the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in the treatment of severe functional constipation and the correlation between constipation and emotion

目的:探究电针治疗严重功能性便秘临床疗效,分析严重功能性便秘与情志的相关性。方法:收治严重功能性便秘患者120例,随机平分两组。观察组取双侧天枢穴、腹结穴、两侧上巨虚穴进行电针治疗,对照组采取相同穴位进行假电针治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的自主排便次数、排便困难程度评分和情志疗效指标。结果:治疗后,两组患者的自主排便次数均高于治疗前;观察组治疗后的自主排便次数高于对照组;治疗后,两组患者SDS与SAS评分均较治疗前降低;但观察组治疗后SDS评分及SAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。将患者的便秘情况与情志进行相关性分析,发现相关系数r=0.623(P<0.05)。结论:电针治疗严重功能性便秘,患者自主排便次数明显增加,排便困难评分也显著下降,便秘对情志的影响也降低。便秘的治疗可以有效改善患者的情志状况。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in the treatment of severe functional constipation,and to analyze the correlation between electroacupuncture for severe functional constipation and emotional constipation.Methods：120 patients with severe functional constipation were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The observation group took bilateral Tianshu,Fujie and Shangjuxu points for electroacupuncture.The control group took the same acupuncture points for pseudo electroacupuncture.We compared the number of spontaneous defecation,defecation difficulty scores and emotional outcome indicators after treatment in the two groups of patients.Results：After treatment,the number of spontaneous defecation in both groups was higher than before treatment.The number of spontaneous defecation in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,but the SDS score and SAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The correlation between constipation and emotion was analyzed,and the correlation coefficient r=0.623（P〈0.05）was found.Conclusion：Electroacupuncture treatment of severe functional constipation,the number of patients with autonomous defecation increased significantly,the score of difficulty in defecation also decreased significantly,and the influence of constipation on emotion was also reduced.The treatment of constipation can effectively improve the emotional state of patients.
