中药黄芪建中汤治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效评价

Evaluation of clinical therapeutic effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer

目的:研究应用中药黄芪建中汤治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:收治胃溃疡患者64例,平分两组。参照组予以西医常规治疗,试验组在此基础上增加中药黄芪建中汤治疗,分析、对比两组胃溃疡患者经不同治疗之后各项指标情况。结果:试验组不良反应发生率3.12%,治疗总有效率96.87%;参照组不良反应发生率18.75%、治疗总有效率71.87%。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将中药黄芪建中汤应用于胃溃疡治疗中疗效显著,可保护患者胃黏膜,降低不良反应发生率,对改善患者日后生存质量意义较显著。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods：64 patients with gastric ulcer were divided equally into the two groups.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine.The experimental group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on the basis of this.We analyzed and compared the indexes of the two groups of gastric ulcer patients after different treatments.Results：The incidence of adverse reactions in patients with gastric ulcer in the experimental group was 3.12%,and the total effective rate was 96.87%.The incidence of adverse reactions of 18.75% and the total effective rate of 71.87% in the reference group.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The traditional Chinese medicine Huangqi Jianzhong decoction is effective in the treatment of gastric ulcer,which can protect the gastric mucosa and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is significant for improving the quality of life of patients in the future.
