降钙素原对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期抗生素使用的指导意义

The significance of anti-probiotics in the acute exacerbation of COPD with procalcitonin

目的:探讨降钙素原在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)抗生素使用中的指导意义。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者100例,分两组。对照组抗生素使用依据指南,观察组对血清降钙素原(PCT)含量测定以指导应用抗生素。结果:观察组抗生素使用率较低(P<0.05),7~10 d抗生素使用时长较短(P<0.05),观察组临床治疗效果较优(P<0.05),观察组二重感染率较低(P<0.05),平均住院时间与医疗费用也较少(P<0.05)。结论:降钙素原应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期,减少了抗生素滥用以及疗程。

Objective：To investigate the guiding significance of procalcitonin in the use of antibiotics in the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods：A total of 100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into the two groups.Antibiotic use in the control group was based on the guidelines.The observation group used antibiotics for the determination of serum procalcitonin（PCT）content.Results：The antibiotic use rate was lower in the observation group（P〈0.05）;the duration of antibiotic use was shorter in 7~10 days（P〈0.05）;the clinical treatment effect was better in the observation group（P〈0.05）.The double infection rate was low in the observation group（P〈0.05）,and the average length of stay and medical expenses were also low（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Procalcitonin used in the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which reduces the abuse of antibiotics and the course of treatment.
