腹部CT检查对诊断结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻的价值

Value of abdominal CT examination in the diagnosis of colonic neoplasm ileus

目的:探讨腹部CT检查对诊断结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻的临床价值。方法:收治结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻并行手术治疗患者110例,分析其X线和CT检查结果,比较X线和CT检查诊断准确率及患者舒适度。结果:X线和腹部CT诊断结果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹部CT检查舒适度评分高于X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部CT检查对诊断结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻的临床价值更高。

Objective：To investigate the clinical value of abdominal CT examination in the diagnosis of colonic neoplasm ileus.Methods：110 cases of patients with colonic neoplasm ileus were treated with surgical treatment,and the X-ray and CT examination results were analyzed.The diagnostic accuracy of X-ray and CT and the comfort of the patients were compared.Results：The difference of diagnostic results between X-ray and abdominal CT was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The comfort score of abdominal CT examination was higher than that of X-ray examination,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Abdominal CT examination was more valuable in diagnosing colonic neoplasm ileus.
