经阴道超声检查对不孕症卵巢储备功能的评价

Evaluation of ovarian reserve function in infertility by transvaginal ultrasound

目的:探讨阴道超声检查对不孕症卵巢储备功能的评价效果。方法:收治不孕患者120例,分为卵巢功能正常组与下降组。行经阴道彩色超声检查,比较血清性激素水平情况、卵巢基础状态、妊娠结局。结果:功能下降组FSH、LH明显高于功能正常组(P<0.05),E_2、MOD、AFC、PSV及周期妊娠率则低于功能正常组(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色超声检查诊断不孕症患者的卵巢储备功能评价效果良好,具有一定预测作用。

Objective：To evaluate the evaluation effect of ovarian reserve function in infertility by transvaginal ultrasound.Methods：120 cases of infertility were selected.They were divided into the normal ovarian function group and the descending group.They received transvaginal color doppler examination.We compared serum sex hormone level,ovarian basal state and pregnancy outcome.Results：In the functional decline group,FSH and LH were significantly higher than those in the normal function group（P〈0.05）,and the E2,MOD,AFC,PSV and cycle pregnancy rate were lower than the normal function group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The evaluation effect of ovarian reserve function in infertility by transvaginal ultrasound was good,and it had a certain predictive function.
