人性化护理应用于阴道镜检查的效果研究

Effect exploration of humanized nursing in colposcopy examination

目的:探讨人性化护理应用于阴道镜检查的效果。方法:收治阴道镜检查患者66例,随机分为两组,每组33例。对照组给予常规化护理,研究组在常规化护理基础上给予人性化护理,比较两组焦虑程度、护理满意度、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组焦虑程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理应用于阴道镜检查中可提高护理总满意度,患者焦虑程度较低。

Objective：To explore the effect of humanized nursing in colposcopy examination.Methods：66 cases of patients with colposcopy examination were divided into two groups randomly,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The degree of anxiety,nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reaction were compared between groups.Results：The degree of anxiety in the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total nursing satisfaction in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of humanistic nursing in colposcopy examination could improve the total nursing satisfaction and the patients＇ degree of anxiety was lower.
