产科病房实施人性化护理提高产科护理质量

Obstetric ward implements humanized nursing to improve the quality of obstetric care

目的:研究产科病房实施人性化护理对于产科护理质量提升的影响。方法:收治分娩产妇200例,随机分两组。常规组用常规的护理模式,试验组用人性化护理模式。对两组产妇的护理质量及满意度进行对比。结果:试验组的护理效果及质量都明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度98%,高于常规组产妇护理满意度的81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产科病房中应用人性化护理措施,不仅能够提升临床护理效果,也能够极大程度地提升产妇的护理满意度,使得产科护理质量得到了有效的提升。

Objective：To study the effect of humanized nursing in obstetric wards on the quality of obstetric care.Methods：200 cases of childbirths were selected and randomly divided into the two groups.The conventional group used the conventional nursing mode,and the experimental group used the humanized nursing mode.A comparison was made between the maternal care quality and the satisfaction of the two groups.Results：The nursing effect and quality of the experimental group were significantly higher than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of 98% in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group（81%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of humanized nursing measures in obstetric wards can not only improve the clinical nursing effect,but also can greatly improve the maternal care satisfaction,which can effectively improve the quality of obstetric care.
