品管圈活动对提升外科护理质量的应用效果研究

Effect of the activity of quality control circle on improving the quality of surgical nursing

目的:探讨品管圈活动对提升外科护理质量的临床应用效果。方法:选择临床外科患者126例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理流程,观察组采用品管圈活动进行护理管理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组住院期间安全性与康复率优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动对提升外科护理质量的临床应用效果显著。

Objective：To explore the effect of the activity of quality control circle on improving the quality of surgical nursing.Methods：126 cases of clinical surgical patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing process,and the observation group was given quality control circle activity nursing management.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the safety and recovery rate during hospitalization were superior to those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of the activity of quality control circle on improving the quality of surgical nursing was significant.
