狂犬病暴露人群的规范处置及其流行病学分析

Standardized disposal and epidemiological analysis of population exposed to rabies

目的:分析狂犬病暴露人群的规范处置及其流行病学。方法:分析收治狂犬病暴露患者100例的临床资料,分析其规范处置及流行病学资料。结果:疾病高峰期为5-9月份。暴露部位以手部以及下肢膝以下位置为主。暴露人群以工人和农民为主。暴露程度较多的为Ⅲ级。结论:狂犬病暴露人群的伤口处置意识较好,但仍缺乏预防意识。

Objective：To analyze the standardized disposal and epidemiological analysis of population exposed to rabies.Methods：The clinical data of 100 cases of patients exposed to rabies were analyzed,and the standardized disposal and epidemiological data were analyzed.Results：The peak of the disease was from May to September in the year.The hands and below the knee were the main exposed part.The exposed population was dominated by workers and farmers.Most of the exposure degree was grade Ⅲ.Conclusion：The awareness of wound disposal in population exposed to rabies was better,but there was still lack of awareness of prevention.
