摘要
针对库存典型电容近炸引信发火控制部件储存性能退化研究较少、储存质量变化规律尚不明确的问题,提出了基于储存性能试验的引信发火控制部件寿命预测方法。该方法提出了基于储存性能试验的寿命预测一般步骤,介绍了性能退化分布模型,并结合发火控制部件组成结构特点和相关性能要求,对在北方无温湿度控制的自然条件下,储存2~8年有包装筒密封和无包装筒密封的引信发火控制部件开展性能试验,从而确定发火控制部件的性能退化敏感参数,最终采用威布尔分布模型对发火控制部件进行寿命预测。预测结果表明,该发火控制部件有包装筒密封状态下储存寿命为20.707年,无包装筒密封状态下储存寿命为20.165年。
Aiming at the problem that little study is conducted on storage performance degradation for typical capacitance proximity fuze firing control unit and the degradation of sensitive parameters are not clear,a life prediction method of firing control unit based on storage performance test was presented.The method provides a general procedure for predicting storage life based on the performance test,introduces the performance degradation model,and combines the characteristics of the firing control unit and the performance requirements of the factory,and carries out the performance test of the fuze firing control unit with the packing tube sealed and the non-packaging tube sealed,which was stored for 2 to 8 years under the natural condition without temperature and humidity control in the North.Thereby,the performance degradation sensitive parameters of the firing control unit are determined.Finally,the Weibull distribution model is used to predict the life of the firing control unit.The calculation results show that the storage life of the firing control unit with the sealed state of the packaging tube is 20.707 years,the storage life of the non-packaging tube sealed state is 20.165 years.
