摘要
针对二维弹道修正引信现有控制方法中存在二维修正引信与高旋弹体之间的耦合力矩大以及气动控制机构复杂问题,提出了二维弹道修正引信基于乒乓舵的引信滚转角控制方法。该方法通过对乒乓舵进行线性化,采用角速率环比例控制和角位置环比例积分控制这种乒乓舵PID控制器产生所需滚转控制力矩,实现对二维弹道修正引信的滚转角控制。仿真和试验结果表明,基于乒乓舵可对引信滚转角进行有效的控制,误差均方差小于8°。
In order to reduce the coupling torque between two-dimensional correction fuze and the high-rotation projectiles,and reduce the complexity of the pneumatic control mechanism,a control method based on the pingpong rudder in two-dimensional trajectory correction fuze was proposed.This type of bang bang rudder PID controller,which used angular rate loop proportional control and angular position loop proportional integral control,generates required rolling control torque to achieve the roll angle control of the two-dimensional trajectory correction fuze.Theoretical analysis and simulation results showed that the control method based on bang bang rudder could effectively control the roll angle of fuze,which indicated that the mean square error of roll angle control was less than 8°.
