限幅振荡的引信气流谐振压电发电机 被引量:2

摘要 针对气流谐振压电发电机在高弹速长时间工作时,由于振幅过大复合压电振子容易破裂的问题,提出了限幅振荡的引信气流谐振压电发电机。该发电机是在复合压电振子的前端设置一个限位环片和金属谐振片,用金属谐振片来击打复合压电振子,限位环片的厚度可以调整复合压电振子的振幅。实验室吹风试验和实弹飞行试验表明,该发电机能够满足弹速1 000m/s的远程火箭弹电子时间引信的应用要求。 The air-driven resonance piezoelectric generator works in high velocityand takes long time.The excessive amplitude would cause the composite piezoelectric vibrator cracking.Aiming at this issue,a air-driven fluidic resonant piezoelectric generator with limited amplitude oscillation for fuze was proposed.The generator was embedded with a limiting ring and metal resonator which were arranged in the front end of a composite piezoelectric vibrator,the metal resonator hits composite piezoelectric vibrator.The thickness of limiting ring could adjust the amplitude of composite piezoelectric vibrator.The laboratory blowing test and the live ammunition flight test showed that the generator could meet the application requirements of the remote rocket electronic time fuze at the speed of 1000 m/s.
