稀释剂对交联聚乙烯微孔膜结构的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用普通液体石蜡、高沸点液体石蜡和正十六烷为稀释剂进行交联聚乙烯微孔膜制备,考察了稀释剂对膜片交联和成孔性能的影响.结果表明,随稀释剂含量的增加,交联膜的交联度降低;在稀释剂含量相同时,交联膜片的交联度基本相同.高沸点稀释剂在交联聚乙烯膜预制中可有效避免膜片表面大量气泡瑕疵的产生.在膜萃取稀释过程中,相比高沸点的液体石蜡,以正十六烷为稀释剂得到交联膜片的孔隙率低.利用热失重TGA和热分析DSC方法研究发现,这是由于正十六烷在高温交联反应步骤中参与反应所致. Normal liquid paraffin,high boiling point liquid paraffin and n-hexadecane were used as diluent for the preparation of crosslinked polyethylene microporous membrane.The effects of diluent on the membrane crosslinking and pore performance were investigated.The crosslinking degree was decreased with increasing content of diluent.At the same content of diluent,the crosslinking degree was basically identical.High boiling point diluent can effectively avoid bubble defects on the membrane surface.The porosity of crosslinked membrane after extraction process was lower for n-hexadecane compared to high boiling point liquid paraffin.It was found that n-hexadecane was involved in the high temperature crosslinking reaction process comfirmed by TG and DSC testing.
