储能型风电场作为黑启动电源时电池储能系统的配置方法 被引量:7

摘要 通过为风电场配置储能系统,使其作为电网的黑启动电源,对于提高电网在故障后的恢复速度具有重要作用。以呼伦贝尔电网为研究对象,提出一种为其大良风电场配置电池储能系统的方法,以能够启动附近电厂的热电机组。首先,依据仿真所得储能系统有功输出数据,对电池模块额定容量的极限进行配置,进一步考虑初始荷电状态范围的影响,以配置电池模块容量的成本最小化、初始荷电状态范围最大化为目标,采用线性加权和法构建电池模块额定容量的双目标优化模型,以求解最优额定容量;其次,根据储能系统有功和无功功率输出最大值,确定电池模块的最大充放电功率和逆变器容量;最后,通过仿真表明,所提配置方法能有效降低储能系统的配置成本。 Through configuring the energy storage system for the wind farm to make it be the black-start power source of the power grid,it could play an important role in improving the recovery speed of local power grid after the failure of local power grid. In order to start the unit of the nearby power plant through the storage-based wind farm,Hulunbeir power grid is chosen as research object,and a configuration method of battery energy storage system for Daliang wind farm is proposed in this paper. Firstly,the rated capacity limit of the battery module is configured based on the active output data of the energy storage system from simulation. And then,considering the influence of initial state of charge on the configuration of rated capacity of battery module,a double objective optimization model is proposed to get the rated capacity of battery module,and the model is built by using the linear weighted sum method,and the goal of module is to make the configuration cost of battery capacity minimization and to make the initial state of charge range maximization. Then,according to the maximum of the active power and reactive power output of the battery energy storage system,the maximum charge-discharge power of the battery module and the capacity of the converter in the power conversion system are determined. Finally,the simulation results show that the proposed method could effectively reduce the configuration cost of the energy storage system.
