The Relationships Between Expressions of EGFR、XRCC3 and hOGG1 and Radiosensitivity in Esophageal Cancer

摘要 目的探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、X射线修复交叉互补基因3(XRCC3)和人类8-羟基鸟嘌呤糖苷酶1(HOGG1)在食管癌中的表达及其与放射敏感性的关系。方法选取50例食管鳞癌患者作为研究对象,采用免疫组化SP二步法检测患者在放疗前EGFR、XRCC3、h OGG1的表达情况,并分析EGFR、XRCC3及h OGG1的表达及其三者之间中的两者联合表达与放射敏感性的关系。结果 50例食管癌组织EGFR、XRCC3和h OGG1阳性表达率分别为72.0%(36/50)、68.0%(34/50)和64.0%(32/50),且三者之间两两呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。EGFR、XRCC3及h OGG1阳性表达患者的放疗疗效均低于阴性表达患者,且三者之间中的两者均阳性表达者的放疗疗效比均阴性表达患者低(P<0.05)。结论 EGFR,XRCC3及h OGG1作为食管癌患者放射治疗敏感性的预测指标,可以指导对不同的患者采取针对性的放疗方法。 Objective To study the expressions of epithelial growth factor receptor(EGFR)、X-ray repaircross-complementing protein 3(XRCC3)and human 8-hydroxyguanine glycosylase 1(HOGG),and the relationship with radiosensitivity in esophageal carcinoma. Methods The expressions of EGFR、XRCC3 and hOGG1 were observed by SP immunohistochemical staining method in 50 cases of esophagus squamous cell carcinoma patients before radiotherapy,and the expression of EGFR、XRCC3 and hOGG1 and the relationship with radiosensitivity were analyzed. Results In 50 cases of esophageal carcinoma patients,the positive rates of EGFR、XRCC3 and hOGG1 were 72.0%(36/50)、68.0%(34/50)and 64.0%(32/50),the comparison between any 2 expressions was statistically significant( P 〈0.05).The efficacy of radiotherapy in patients with EGFR,XRCC3 and hOGG1 positive expression was lower than that with negative expression,and efficacy of any 2 with positive expression were lower than those with negative expression( P 〈0.05). Conclusion EGFR、XRCC3 and hOGG1 are important referencing index that could reflect the radiosensitivity and radiotherapy effect of esophageal carcinoma.
