The connotations are introduced for the public sector and energy-saving supervision, the current situation and great significance of energy-saving supervision in the public sector are expatiated, the contents and methods and working process are emphasisly analyzed to organize the implementation of energy-saving supervision in the public sector, meanwhile, the results show that there are many unreasonable behaviour in the current public sector by a practical case, it is a significant part of supervision and administration, it is particularly inadequate for energy saving conservation in the public sector, at last the author proposes that government should strengthen energy-saving supervision by the targets with the range and frequency.
