基于规范化管理要求下的危险废物利用处置现状及管理策略

Status quo and management strategy of hazardous waste utilization and disposal under standardized management requirements

危险废物往往同时具有腐蚀性强、毒性强还有易燃易爆性等一种或多种危险特性,可能会对人体和环境造成危害。所以危险废物一定要在规范化的要求下合理妥当的处理管理。然而,在如今的社会经济发展条件下,我国的危险废物处理存在着管理制度不够完善、管理基础薄弱、污染防治不够等问题。本文基于规范化管理要求,从危险废物产生的源头和管理现状出发进行了深入的分析,对危险废物的管理策略在各处理环节进行了探索。

Dangerous wastes may cause harm to the human body and the environment due to one or more dangerous characteristics such as corrosiveness, toxicity, flammability, reactivity or infectivity. Therefore, hazardous wastes must be managed properly under the requirements of standardization. However, in today＇s social and economic development, there are problems such as the incomplete management system, weak management foundation, and insufficient pollution prevention in China＇s hazardous waste disposal. Based on the requirements of standardized management, this article has conducted an in-depth analysis on the origin and management status of hazardous wastes, and explored the management strategies of hazardous waste at various processing stages.
